2 Accounts, no Minecraft

So I have an issue, a big one.

I got Minecraft attached with my main email, and it was working fine. When I tried to add it on another device, I ended re doing the setup for xbox. I was confused but I just did it. Then, I realised I didn't have minecraft, I contacted Minecraft support, nothing. Now, my account that has minecraft doesn't exist, it couldn't connect to servers and was being trumped over by this new account. So, the $30 or so went down the drain. I do have a lot of private information to share but can't share it here. I was hoping to contact microsoft support over email so I can actually get this fixed. This is technically an Xbox account issue, for technical purposes.

A lot of people say that Mojang can transfer the Microsoft account connected to my Minecraft account. Thats all I need 2 do. My Minecraft account wasn't hacked.

I had Minecraft on all 3 of my accounts but 1 of them got banned and Minecraft was on my other 2 accounts and it wants me to buy again.

Sorry you're having an issue locating your game. I have a few questions to help get more information to help.

Are you trying to play Minecraft on your Xbox, or PC?

Have you check to make sure you are logged in to the same account that redeemed the Minecraft game?

I'm not going to ask you to post any personal information here, but in order to play your game you need the account where the game was redeemed to.
