I have 2 accounts on 1 email and I deleted the second account by accident and I have no clue how to get it back?

How to Change your Xbox LIVE account information

Overview

It is possible to change information associated with your Xbox LIVE account like your name, address, phone number or email address.

Note: You cannot change the country that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account. If you have moved to another country and you would like to access Xbox LIVE from there, you have to create a new Xbox LIVE account in your new location.

How to Change your name, address, phone number or email on Xbox.com

1) Go to My Account and Sign In with your Microsoft Account. (This is the email and password that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account).

2) Make the changes you want to your billings account information and then click Save.

How to Change your name, address, phone number or email on your console.

1) Sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag.

2) Proceed to Settings, and then select Account.

3) Select Your Information, and then go to Billing Information.

4) Sign In with your Microsoft account password.

5) Change your billing account information and then click Done.

In case you want to change the billing name on your Xbox LIVE account, go to Xbox.com

2 accounts, 1 email

Playing on an Xbox one. I do not have access to my account on my Xbox 360. The gamer tag of this account is spartanwarblade. I've tried resetting the password for my account with the linked email. But the account on my Xbox, soartanwarblade, dose not show
up and instead gives me a whole new account. How do I login to my same account on my xbox 360, to my Xbox one.

If you change your mind within 60 days, just go back to
account.microsoft.com and sign in with your email address and password. You'll be asked to enter a security code that we send you by phone or email. This way, we know we're opening the account for you and only you.

Note the following:

Any time that remains on your subscription will be available to you, but you won't be able to get back the time that passed while your account was closed.

If you turned off auto renewal on your Xbox Live or Xbox Groove Music subscription, you'll need to turn it back on.

If you canceled any subscriptions outright or if your subscription time has run out, you'll need to re-purchase the subscription.

Your Xbox profile, along with all games, music, and video associated with it will be available to you the next time you sign in to your console.

Note After 60 days, your Microsoft account will be permanently deleted, and you will not be able to re-open your account.

Thank you for the response.

My account is not "lost". I can log into it on Xbox live and on the forum. (i posted this question from "account 2". I however cannot log into it on the Microsoft page, because it logs me into account 1, using account 2's email.
If I use email 1 or 2 on Microsoft page, it logs me into account 1.
account 1 email logs me into account 1 on xbox
account 2 email logs me into account 2 on xbox
I don't want account 2. but i want to use email 2 for account 1. for everything.
Email 2 is not listed as an alias on account 1. but that's the email my verification code goes to from account 1 and 2.
Anytime I use a code for account 1 or 2 it just logs me into account 1 on Microsoft.
Even while on this forum for account 2, I click "my Microsoft account" and it take me to account 1.

I've had a similar thing happen with me. About a week ago I tried to log into my account on xbox.com and instead of logging in, it created a brand new account for me So it looks like I have might have two accounts on one email address (I'm posting with
an alternate account because I can't access the forums with either my original account or the newly generated account...they crash.

I'm not sure if my original account's email was swtiched or not, because today I received an email addressed to the original gamertag . My account is under investigation now, but it sucks it might take a while, because i've got two games preordered coming
out soon and I won't be able to play them until I get my account back.

When I tried to recover my original gamer tag on my xbox, it just downloaded info for the new one.
