2 account to 1 account

when I bought Xbox one, I happened to do one more account (). the thing is I want the Microsoft-account (the Eri*********7@******.com) from the new account () to the old (EL3134). I can’t change it. how should I do? And
because I have 2 account I can’t get the Microsoft-account to my old Xbox- account. I want 2 account to be 1 account.
