DoS Attack by another Xbox Player!

Last night was playing on my son was playing on BF3, and started to receive threats of kicking him off the internet. Not long afterwards we lost all connectivity to the internet. I later found these postings from the xbox chat from gamer tag [removed]
and [removed]. After getting my internet connection reset by my ISP charter Communications, they informed me that, what looked like a DoS Attack was directed at my IP Address.

Please describe what is wrong with your Xbox, any displayed error codes, and what steps you have tried to troubleshoot your issue.
