    So I got 8,000 Rewards Points from Xbox You Compete me. I'm supposed to get 2,000 completion points but it has been 4 DAYS and it hadn't came yet. I'm wondering if you guys could get it for me.

    For the horror theme I'm missing the 2,000 points for buying the avatar items. Also, for the pre-order punch card I never got credit for pre-ordering Final Fantasy XV or Resident Evil 7.

    The bonus Credit offer is calculated a few days after the end of the offer. Apologies for the confusion. I see that this information is currently not included in the FAQ, and will reach out to our web team to add this clarification.

    There is not an option to purchase 2,000 points. You only have the options it gives you.

    It's basically a bonus for completing all of the other parts of the offer. So you have to complete all of the other parts to complete it and receive the last 2,000 credits.
