  1. 1TB xbox one console is almost full?

I just bought a new xbox one console 9 games on disc and 2 more from the xbox store onto the console. Remind you it is 1TB and my 360 is 500gb and I have more games on my 360. Does my disc games have to downlaod on the console.. i try deleting it off the
console and the game wont play until i re-download it back on the console .. wasting alot of space meaning i cant buy any more games 1TB xbox one console is almost full? :( i still want to buy more but not if i have to delete my other games. if i have to delete my games to make more room from
a console that is 1tb. im going to be sad. my question is is there another way? Im just going to have a few games on this console now.. im not going to buy more if this is the case that i have to delete games. Why cant i just play directly from the disc?

    :)

    Hello,

The HDD of my existing Xbox One(500Gb) is almost full.:-( Type of Xbox Live Account is Gold.

Is there any possibility to upgrage HDD only from 500Gb to 1Tb? If yes then How? 1TB xbox one console is almost full? :)

If no then How to move(transfer) ALL my content from the existing XBOX ONE(500Gb) to a new XBOX ONE(1TB)?

    Thank you in advance.

Hey there. Yes, your games have to be installed to your hard drive, even if it's a disc game for the best possible performance. If you would like, you can also use external storage with your console. The external hard drive has to use USB 3.0, and have at
least 256 GB of storage. I found a 3 TB on Amazon's Gold Box for really cheap, and this is definitely the time of year to be watching for deals on electronics. I have a ton of games on mine, and I'm only at 33% capacity, and my console is a 500 GB model.

If you want more information on external storage, you can read about it here:

360 games are a lot smaller, because they are on DVD, not BluRay. It's crazy how big some of the newer games are. The Master Chief Collection alone took up 1/3 of my internal drive. The 256 GB is the minimum size for external hard drives, you can get a lot
bigger. Like I said, my 3 TB has served me well.

my xbox 360 downloaded Forza Horizon but about five minutes into the game it would give me the disc unreadable error i downloaded it onto a 1 tb flash drive i just recieved can you help?

There is a distinct possibility here that you've bought a fake flash drive. How much did you pay for this supposedly '1TB' drive? Amazon and eBay are full of these fake drives. Just because it says 1TB when you plug these in doesn't mean it really has all that capacity.

For example, In the U.S a Real 1TB should cost from $75 to $100. If you paid a lot less then this, say $25-$30), it's almost certainly fake.
