1st X box series X bricked after couple of days replacement device not delivered -How to...

After posting the above in this forum, just received the below after not having heard back from support team for sometime.

"Good Day! We appreciate your time in contacting Microsoft Support
for Xbox. Please know that we've carefully taken into consideration about your issue and already excalated your case to our higher team and upon investigation
your item was delivered and authority to leave was given. Best is to get in contact with the Courier."

No authority to leave was given, and the courier did acknowledge that I had indeed not given them authority to leave as no one had called me or written to me to
ask for such an authority. Furthermore why would I give authority to leave an expensive package when no one is home. Only option I would have given is to leave at depot or re-schedule delivery. The courier is Microsoft's responsibility and not mine. I have
followed up with the courier for almost 2 months, no one knows where the package is.

A lot of what I have found online talks about replacing the power brick for the Xbox One S/X, but the Series X doesn't have a power brick, it's just a power cable. I would assume that I would just replace that then?

1. If the built in fuse is broken your console is not going to power on unless you change the power brick.

2. Yes, I'm assuming that you have the OG Xbox One (due to you said your power brick, external power brick is available only on the OG Xbox One. One S and newer has an internal power supply) there are some power bricks / devices that can handle a specific voltage. But there are some devices that can handle different voltages (if I recall correctly, the Series X and S supports 120/220V)

3. Yes, when the power brick led is orange, that means you need to replace it;

If you already tried disconnecting brick from the wall and console for a couple minutes and that didn't work, you need to replace the power supply

I have the same issue. I bought the x box series s and it shows that today is the delivery day but no x box. Did i get scammed?

Hey man, after a couple of calls to support I finally got my tracking number and email yesterday. Try giving them a call and explain, seemed to help my case. Hope this helps and hopefully you get yours soon!

Which was a key moment during the XBOne reveal. Why show it when they couldn't deliver it ? Why talk about the name X Box One, one box for all your needs. If I'm not mistaken that's how they sold the concept or should that be product ? Maybe Microsoft should
of called it the X Box Evolution. As one day it will either evolve into what Microsoft want it to be, or maybe not, time will tell.
