    1st wave pre order still hasn't arrived (22nd sep)


    I know this has been posted already but is there anyone from the 1st wave who still haven't got their series x yet?

    Funds were taken from my Microsoft Account on 1st November, status changed to pending on the 9th where it's remained ever since and throughout the whole process haven't got an email of any sort. UK btw.

    I pre-ordered on day 1 1st wave and still have no tracking info in the US. My card was charged Thursday last week. Disappointed I won't have it on launch like many others.

    My understaning of the pre-order is that if you bought the Day 1 Edition, it is supposed to arrive for your use on "day 1" or November 22nd. My pre-order receipt from the dashboard ad says " Pre-order now to get Xbox One on the day it's released" so I believe
    that on the release date means delivery will be on Nov 22.

    Might be worth chatting to Amazon as they are the ones delivering it but you should get the pre order bonus code on the 1st Sep and the physical items later.
