    1st time user of Xbox live - my account was set up on my Mac but its not bringing my payment ...


    first time creating an xbox live account. I was able to login to my microsoft account on my Mac & attached my Paypal account but when I go to my Xbox and log in with this same account it isnt registering my payment details and asks for a US state not Aus?

    Xbox live sign in error code 8015D000

    I keep getting a error code 8015D000 when trying to log into my xbox live account via consol. the first time i logged in, but now i cant. its not my password or wrong details. i followes all 5 steps but still cant log in.

    Need help with my Microsoft account

    Had Xbox live for a few years and always paid monthly via direct debit. I tried to log into my Xbox live account on Wednesday but couldn't get in. I went to Microsoft but had to change my details as I don't use the email I had when I set up my microsoft
    account. I changed the details but was told that it would take 24hours to update. That was 3 days ago and I still can't get into the account to set up a new direct debit for Xbox live. Can anybody help me please?

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try logging in to commerce.microsoft.com and adding your payment info there?

    Sorry, we can't sign you in. Try signing in at Xbox.com and then start this app again

    My Fix: I removed my Xbox Live payment method.

    What I tried before:

    1. Reinstalled TapTiles (didn't work)

    2. Set up a new windows user, and installed TapTiles (didn't work)

    3. Brother logged in to TapTiles on my original windows account (worked). (only difference between us: he has no XBox live payment method. I had an expired card in my payment method).

    4. Brother logged in to TapTiles on the new windows user account (worked)

    5. Uninstalled TapTiles, removed all registry settings (didn't work)

    6. Updated my payment method on XBox Live to a valid current card (didn't work)

    7. Fix: removed the updated payment method.

    I also tried steps 2 through 4 on my Wife's laptop. Same results. It was the payment method. Silly.

    No, I made the purchase on the mac and then I set the download for windows 10 and downloaded it on my pc when I got home, and yes its java, i don't have Minecraft for mac, i made the payment on a mac, (i still can't change my skin)
