1month free trial? gold

im need help i went to upgrade gold

Xbox Live Gold kaufen – Microsoft Store de-DE

and when i clicked ok because my payapl account was there and my card was in the paypal and it had £10 on it i clicked ok and it said like error try again later

then i signed out then back in and then all of a sudden my paypal account is gone it sais add card but i cant my card is lost but its still usable and has £10 on it please help :'(

Gold Free Trial

This happens when the 3 1month Trails have already been used and the Xbox has been re formated back to Default..

It will always say 1month free trail but you get a error straight after it lol.

sorry to say if you did not get the free gold you have to create a new account and try again but you only get up to 3 free gold trials per console.

The option is only available during the account creation process. If you did not take the otpion while you created the account, you cannot go back to the trial.

1month trials don't count as gold.memberships for halo you can only do social non ranked matches for trials
