18 days and still no code

Discus and support 18 days and still no code in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; This is pretty ridiculous. The preorder bonus was advertised to be delivered in 7-10 days and I'm nearing close to double that. Can we get a straight...     This is pretty ridiculous. The preorder bonus was advertised to be delivered in 7-10 days and I'm nearing close to double that. Can we get a straight answer for when they're sending them out?

    18 Days and no Dark Souls Code yet

    Still waiting on my code for Dark Souls. It's been 18 days now since I preordered Dark Souls 3 and I still don't have the code for the first Dark Souls. It would be nice to get some insight on what is going on.

    I waited 18 days then I receive the code. So now I actually have the code for the last 5 days..... and now it tells me that Xbox will let me know when I can use or redeem the code?

    well thats to be seen. Its been way past 7-10 says since QB was released so where are my codes? In fact its been 18 days since QB was released and still no code. Thats ridiculous and to those of us that preordered the game for the preorder exclusives it
    does fell like we are being deceived. I mean how hard is it to release these codes in a timely manner?
