$170 for one game I need a refund

I have purchased Modern Warfare 3 and Play The beta, but when it came to time to reinstall the game for campaign I was trying to figure out. I was confused, what was going on I could not play so I purchased the game again. Thinking that my purchase must not have gone through, but I have purchased history of the game. It forced me to pay for the value pack not the cross-gen bundle. Which I already had paid for the cross gen bundle. And total that is $170. To me that is crazy I love Microsoft and I feel like I'm being scammed. I would hate to sell my Xbox and Go full PC or Playstation
