    164 latency on xbox one, help???


    Hello,

    My connection when gaming online was great until around two weeks ago, now it's laggy and stutters.

    My latency from my router is 164 and also I had been using a wifi extender which was working great but it's dodgy when connected to that also.

    Xbox and my internet provider have been useless, anyone have any suggestions?

    High Latency and packet loss

    Hello,

    My online connection was great until around three weeks ago, now every time I play online i experience lag.

    My latency is regularly above 164 and packet loss is around 0-3%, not sure what my statistics were when my connection was actually good.

    Does anyone have any solutions for this?

    Are you on the beta program? If you are it could be an issue with that because all points are converted to local currency. There's a private beta forum - should should have had a link sent to your email when you signed up

    how does one get service or talk to a human regarding xbox. Tried all available online options and get nowhere.

    Wired connection on xbox 1 high latency in 90's. new modem DLspeeds 500mb. When playin on cloud on a mac same wired connection latency is 15-20. Xbox one is specifically were the latency is occurring. need help.
