16 digit code

    Anyone getting Bioshock Infinite Tuesday?

    Got it, love it. Mine has a 16 digit code that Gamestop gave me for pre-ordering, but I can't find where to input the code. It's only 16 digits.

    Redemption code

    I purchased an Xbox One Bundle on friday September 2nd, and recieved a 16 digit redemptioin code with it. The code instructed me to go to xbox.com/name-your game and enter the 16 digit code. I followed the instructions, entered my e-mail and 16 digit code
    5 days ago, and the site said I would recieve a 25 digit code via e-mail within 24 hours. I haven't recieved it yet.

    Unfortunately there's nothing anyone here can do.

    You would need to go back to the store with the receipt & ask for the 25 digit codes.

    Kindly try redeeming the code on Epic game's end, Jakub because, on Microsoft's end, it should have a 25-digit code.
