My uncle and I share an Xbox one, he recently bought the nanotech dlc on CoD: Advanced Warfare, i wanted to use it on my own but it will not let me, so I was going to purchase it on my own profile but it says I have already bought it and to go to games and
apps collection to get it, but when I do it says it's installed but still will not let me equip it on any of my weapons. What can I do to fix this issue?

    :)

  2. Hi there,

I'm not sure why the DLC won't play for you. I do know a way around not being able to purchase the DLC.

Because you share the console, you'll want to do Xbox One purchases using either the website (Xbox.com) or Xbox One SmartGlass App. Then the purchase will show on your account.

    I hope this helps.

    That's what I do since I share a console.

One of the reasons the DLC probably doesn't work is because DLC that provides specific in-game items (shaders, items, etc) cannot be shared. That DLC must be purchased by each person wanting to use it. DLC such as Map Packs can be shared with multiple
    tags on the same console.

Mistress Sara's suggestion to purchase the content on the website though is accurate.
