15000 xbox reward credits that were not deposited on the 15th and no button for Deposit request

Keep in mind that the request deposit button is only available if you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically
scheduled to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month, so there is no longer a need to request one. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they
are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

i have 15000 pending and rewards ends next month

If the credits have been pending before May 1 or you got an email that there is a problem with your account, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum so support can check into it for you.

Microsoft Rewards points or Xbox Rewards credits? They are 2 different programs so the points/credits work differently.

If this is for the Xbox Rewards program, you can request a deposit if you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. The request deposit button would be listed on the MyRewards section of the site and the credits will be deposited on the date
listed on the site at the time that you make the request. If you have over 5,000 credits pending, they would already be scheduled for a deposit. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you reach 5,000 pending. So if you get to
5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Ah man!... So you mean once I get my 15000 credits before the 15th of march and redeem them before that.... I wont get the credits before the 15th???
