    15000 Rewards Punchcard not punching


    I've preordered 3 games. Skyrim, Titanfall 2, and Dishonored 2, but my punchcard is only punched for 1 game instead of all 3.

    Skyrim was preordered on October 14 and Dishonored and Titfanfall 2 were preordered on October 19. So I figured they'd all show up punched on the card.

    Problem with Punchcard reward points.

    HI there! Got a problem with Punchcard rewards. I've pre-ordered COD Infinite Warfare, Watchdogs 2 and Resident Evil 7(within qualifing period). I should get 15000 points from Punchcard rewards 96 hours after the last game release, it's been 9 days now and
    I still didn't get my reward points.

    hi I have preordered 3 titles but one of them Star Wars battlefront 2 is not showing on my preorder punchcard so I am not going to receive my 15000 reward credits. Could you look on to this for me. Thankyou.

    15000 Rewards Punchcard not punching

    It takes about 96 hours for punches to show. Since you made the other 2 purchases on the 19th, it hasn't been enough time for them to show yet.

    Hello user20211,

    We do not remove punches from your punchcard. That is a completely valid punch, and a third punch from another pre-order will complete the punchcard.

    Pre-order game injustice 2 ?

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that the preorder would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer
    and receive credits. If you preordered the game before April 1, it would not count towards the current punchcard.

    Support will check into your Simply Rewarding credits, but you can check punchcard progress by clicking "Get Started" on the offer on the Missions page. The "punches" are located just above the game pictures.
