15000 rewards points

    15000 rewards points


    I have had 15,000 points pending since the 30th and I was wondering if I could get them deposited?

    Didn't receive points

    rewards punch card didn't register third preorder therefore I didn't receive my 15000 points

    Not able to redeem virtual code!

    you don't redeem

    With Rewards points you wait till you get 15000 points when you do get it it is just deposited into your account no interaction needed

    They don't deposit till you hit 15000 points

    Only thing you can ask for is early deposit once you hit 15000 before the 15th of each month

    They'll be deposited with the first deposit of this month, by the 15th. There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.

    Hello TheAmorphousOne,

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Since your Games on Demand Credits were only placed as pending on the 17th, they will be a part of this month's mid-month deposit cycle. Please note that our program only deposits twice a month. Once around the middle of the month, and
    again near the end of the month.

    The 15000 points i got was from the reward offer. A separate offer was given through the Microsoft score which even shows in my purchase invoice as $10 dollar gife code offer
