15000 rewards points for preorder are missing

Hello. I preordered COD Infinite Warfare after receiving the email offer for 15000 rewards points but I still have not received them after close to a month.

Didn't receive points

rewards punch card didn't register third preorder therefore I didn't receive my 15000 points

Anybody get their Preorder bonus from Rewards yet?

no, bought physical disc from microssoft store and had to call them to get the rewards (which they did)
I preordered Halo MCC digitally, so does that qualify for 15000 points too?

Did you preorder digitally or as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com? Digital orders are not eligible for that offer.

With Rewards points you wait till you get 15000 points when you do get it it is just deposited into your account no interaction needed

They don't deposit till you hit 15000 points

Only thing you can ask for is early deposit once you hit 15000 before the 15th of each month

If your a rewards member it should show 15000 points pending right now! if not a rewards member contact a rep. My points for Sunset just got added yesterday

They'll be deposited with the first deposit of this month, by the 15th. There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.
