15000 reward credits

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. However, in order to qualify for that offer, the games have to be preordered as physical discs from microsoftstore.com. Digital orders are not eligible.

Expecting 15000 rewards credits for "The past, Present and Future Mission" through Dec 31. I spent over the 31.80 required for each category days before the 31, and it still hasn't shown any activity or pending credits, this is the second time and seems
to be a recurring problem with rewards.

The 15,000 credits should be added as pending about 10-15 business days after the game ships as long as you preordered from Microsoftstore.com

If you preordered it digitally this month, it would count towards your Games on Demand punch card and you would need 2 other eligible purchases in order to complete that offer and receive the credits

Hi Voltronlions. The punches you've received is for STEEP and Dead Rising 4. Your Resident Evil 7 purchase will complete the offer. Since it doesn't come out until January, it did not punch your card, but should. We'll push this through. You should see Credits
pending by the end of the week. Thanks for your patience.
