15000 Credits for 3 PreOrders that Ended in March.

Good day,

I just wanted to see how much longer I should be waiting to see the 15000 credits and gems to be added to my account. I preordered Monster Hunter World, Sea of Thieves, and Far Cry 5. I know it can take between 3-4 days to register but it still hasn't shown
up as of yet. Should I give it another week?

Punchcard not showing as complete

I recently completed the preorder promotion for 15000 reward credits, but on my punchcard it is only showing that I've made 2 preorders when I have made all 3. Resident evil, halo wars 2 and For Honor are the titles I've preordered

hi all,

Last month i preorderd 3 games. I was lookin at the rewards and i liked the amount of credits i could get. And the rewards was from march till March 31, i oreorderd all the 3 games within the months and at 3 games i would grt 15000 credits but so far i
didnt receive anything at all.

What went wrong here gamers?

5,000 credits is actually equal to £3

VIP rebates are calculated at the end of the month, not after each purchase, and given by the 15th of the next month. So you would see your % back on all eligible February purchases pending by mid-March. Keep in mind that if you preordered Halo it will
not count towards your rebate.

In order to receive credits for preorders, they have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time. Currently there is the Games on Demand punchcard offer which will give you 15,000 credits if you preorder 3 eligible games between January 1
and March 31. Injustice 2 is eligible for that offer. If you make 2 other eligible purchases, you will receive the 15,000 credits after all 3 games have been released.
