    15000 credit Xbox Live Rewards preorder bonus missing


    on July 17th, I preordered FIFA 17 for xbox one through the Microsoft store, following the instructions for the Xbox Live Rewards preorder bonus. It shipped on September 26th and delivered on the 27th. Since then, it has been longer than 15 business days,
    so shouldn't I have gotten the 15000 rewards credits by now? If not, then when should I expect the credits to arrive?

    hi have recently completed the requirements for xbox live rewards a rewards story but have not recieved my 15000 credits is there a way totrace this? thanks

    Didn't receive points

    rewards punch card didn't register third preorder therefore I didn't receive my 15000 points
