    Hello I'm . I have been using xbox live since I have been home from iraq. It is my escape and passion. But after 15 yrs and buying 7 plus consoles from them. I realize they build broke machines cheap too. You make a dual graphics card console that we can't even buy. And when you chk specs it's still using fans only to cool it. You are creating more money problems for yourself and others. AIO is a all in one cooling and can easily be installed by users too. Your lies about purchasing new consoles and not having a descent build is why I'm throwing in the towel xbox. Please pick yourself up of that floor and make a console worth buy and make it readily available to your consumers. You are responsible for your security of your sales not the consumer.

    The price delta between a $99 console, $15/mo plan ($360) and a $299 console with two $60/yr sub cards ($120) is $40 (459 - 419) not $150. Not sure who is doing what math, but the markup isn't that substantial at normal pricing.
