£15 gift card that is on my xbox account not taking it off the oringal price

Amazon sells it for $57 and they give you $25 off a 1 year subscription to Xbox Live.

Toys R Us is Giving a $15 gift card with a purchase of any game priced $59.99 or higher or a $40 gift card if you purchase 2 games priced $59.99 or higher. Their also giving away a toy Jeep and a poster.

Kmart gives you $15 off your next game purchase if you spend $40, $50 off if you spend $110, but you have to use it between 11/13 and 11/23. They also give you I think $20 off a 4000 Microsoft Points card.

I just hate how I can pre-order madden 15 on the MS store and it comes with a $10 gift card, but if I pre-order it through my xbox one its the same price without the gift card. Pre-orders should just be $49.99 then without the GC

The funds are not showing up in the Microsoft Commerce site, and I have left the console off for around 15 minutes and then tested the connection. Still no sign of the gift card I applied to my account
