$15 for 3 months of Gold + $5 of Credit (WITH PICTURE PROOF)

I recently got an advertisement for 3 months of Xbox Live Gold on my Xbox home screen for $15, with the added benefit of receiving $5 of credit towards anything on the store. The promo said something along the lines of
"Build your Team! Buy 3 months of Gold for the reduced price of $15 and get $5 of credit to use to get your team off of the ground." I am incredibly frustrated as I have been waiting for upwards of an hour to get this issue resolved, as I feel I
have been taken advantage of. I have yet to receive any credit and one of the support agents even went as far as to deny the existence of the promotion.

Wrong Amount of Money via Gift Code After Signing up For Gold.

I saw a promotion on Xbox 360 saying that if I signed up with Xbox Live Gold now, I could get up to $15 in gift code credit. I saw that one month gave $5, 3 months gave $10, and 12 months gave $15. They had advised that it would take up to four weeks for
it to be sent to my inbox, and I had just received the message today. I signed up for 3 months of Gold, and they only gave me a code for $5. Where'd the other $5 go?

 

Won a Xbox One! HELP!

The picture had the console itself, and the games Dead Rising 3, Forza 5, Zoo Tycoon, a 12 month music pass, and 12 months of gold

 

Did you find this promotion online or on the actual Xbox?

 

I'm not really to sure. But, on the bright side, you got 3 months of gold for $15. So if Microsoft Support can't help you, then there is that.

 

This is weird but I hope you can find a solution to this!

 

I rest my case. Where is my $5 Microsoft??
