15 Dollar Xbox Live Credit

I just bought and Xbox One on Tuesday 6/16 and when I was setting the xbox one up I saw the deal to buy a year of Xbox Live Gold that would come with a 15 dollar promotional gift card and I have yet to receive the credit in my account and would like
the credit that I was supposed to get for the year of Xbox Live.

Back in April I purchased two 30 dollar Microsoft Cards for my xbox live onto one receipt and was not given a credit of 5 dollars per every 15 dollar value onto my xbox account as promised by the special promotional going on XBOX.com. I was only rewarded
with a five dollar credit. I am missing 15 more to that credit amount. Will someone please assist.

Sorry to hear about any confusion this may have caused. As stated above, to qualify for this offer, you would have needed to purchase an Xbox Live Gold membership through the dashboard promotion on your console. Redeeming a prepaid code unfortunately will
not qualify for this offer.

 

Per the terms of that offer you should receive the code in 4 weeks. If not, you will need to post back here
