    Back in june i did the sign up to xbox live for a year and receive a $15 credit added to your account. i have not received any message of email regarding the $15. i called and they said it would take about 4 weeks to be processed. this was back in june.
    what can i do to get the $15?

    I went ahead and moved your post for better visibility. Just to clarify, did you redeem an Xbox Live membership pre-paid code? Or did you purchase an Xbox Live membership through the dashboard promotion? If you redeemed a pre-paid code, you will not qualify

    My sons account was supposed to get the promotion for the 1 year gold membership for the 15$ credit which to this day we still have not recived it. I have talk to two other members of xbox live and this is where they send me!
