    I got a card today and I go to buy a CoD map pack and its saying not enough in my amount. I go on the commerce website and says $0 transaction to account today. I feel like I wasted $15. Can anyone help?

    My friend has bought me a 6 month prepaid gold membership card online and when i enter it ses it's a 6 month card and stuff then i hit confirm and then it says something went wrong please try again later with the error code of XBOS-5002 wich i entered in
    the error codes section and that code doesn't exist i have tried everything still doesn't work please help and by the way my friend who bought the card is from America and im over here at Iraq.

    Hi there,

    Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
    http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

    After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

    Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise (sometimes language needs to match too), using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

    If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

    Hello,

    If you purchase a $15 Xbox Gift Card in the United States you will only be able to redeem that card on a US account.

    If you plan on sending it to Mexico, the person redeeming will not be able to use a US card on a Mexican account.

    It's best to purchase cards in the region that you intend to use them for. Points/currency cards are region locked so if you were sending one to Mexico from another country, it would not work.

    Also, points/currency cannot be used to purchase a gold subscription. You would need to purchase a prepaid gold subscription card.

    Is the Gift card code that youre trying to redeem a 25 digit / character code?

    ex: xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx

    I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to check the status of the code that you're trying to redeem and and let you know why it's not working. The agent would
    also be able to assist you in redeeming the code if possible.

    Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
