Why am I not receiving my points?

— When will I get my Rewards Credits?A. Rewards Credits will automatically be converted into your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account by the 15th and 30th of each month, once you hit 5,000 Credits. If you have less than 5,000 Credits,
they will be held as Pending until a quantity of 5,000 is reached.

Missing reward points

I recieved an email about recieving 50,000 microsoft points in batchs of 5000, I have contacted support saying they would credit this but I still havent recieved anything after 5 months.

The points will get into your account but not the full amount. Every 15th or 30th of the month you will receive 5,000 points until it reaches 50,000 points.

They would be scheduled to be deposited around June 15. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If
you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Ok, thanks! Just wondering, I did not want to lost the credits seeing as how xbox rewards is turning into microsoft rewards

Microsoft Rewards points or Xbox Rewards credits? They are 2 different programs so the points/credits work differently.

If this is for the Xbox Rewards program, you can request a deposit if you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. The request deposit button would be listed on the MyRewards section of the site and the credits will be deposited on the date
listed on the site at the time that you make the request. If you have over 5,000 credits pending, they would already be scheduled for a deposit. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you reach 5,000 pending. So if you get to
5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.
