15.000 points still pending past due date of the 30 th

hi I have 15.000 points from the punch card to pre order 3 games on store ... but they are still pending .. when do they get released to my account ?

Preorder 3 games on 8th Feb 2018 and still haven't received my 15.000 reward points

Points not being deposited into my account

Have had over 6500 points for a while now, the 30'th came and went, my points where not deposited into my account. The option to manually select a date is gone from the page now also. Lots of promotions, and points, but no rewards. I feel like I have been
scammed.

Credits are deposited based on when you get to 5,000 pending. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Since those Credits were not placed as pending until the 25th, they were not able to be processed with the end of month deposit. They will be a part of the mid-month deposit next month.

Sorry preacher but that isnt the case, my points awarded to date are 810 and points pending is sitting at 110 still, the last awarded date is 02/03/13 and the last pending date was 07/31/13

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have a question on a cancelled game pass subscription. When some subscriptions are cancelled if there already is a pending charge, it will still go through. Especially if it is close to the date. The
only way to get around this would be to
pay off the past due then immediately cancel the subscription.
