15,000 points for pre order

I per order my digital copy of Halo master chief through the smart glass app which is essentially the xbox market place. There is a promotion going on if you pre order it you get the 15000 points. I have not yet received those points and the game is now
out. Has any one yet received there points.

Rewards no deposited for Resident Evil Biohazard Pre-Order

Order# 11086215264 never received 15,000 rewards points or pre-order bonus content for resident evil biohazard.

Pre- order Points

I pre order FIFA 17 & Battlefield 1 from microsoftstore.com and never receive my 15,000 points for each game

i did the same it says it can take up to 96 hours or the next point deposit to show up

I think you have to do it through the Microsoft Store--the actual store that isn't on your Xbox. I think.

@Miami Flash15 if thats the case i am going to be really mad, it did not indicate that. I could of gone to target and buy two and got one free. Microsoft really has to do better than this.

Hey LongBowMaster did you pre-order the game with the bonus of 15,000 M$ points? I'm wondering if the code they sent us is the code for $10 (10,000 M$ points) that Non Xbox Live Gold members get for a pre-order of this game & that the code was mistakenly
sent to us but it's invalid because we will be receiving 15,000 M$ points in January. Sorry if that makes no sense.
