15,000 myrewards credits i never recieved off my preorders from the punchcard and i purchased alot of games my gamertag when do I get these points its been months never got them I should of been a VIP by now

We responded to your post at (15,000 myRewards never got credit off punchcard). Again, pre-orders are not
eligible for MyVIP, so purchases for Games on Demand would not increase MyVIP progress.

MyVIP and offer Credits are not the same. Your MyVIP star rank will not affect Credits from offers, like the Games on Demand punchcard. Furthermore, we see that the Credits from your previous Games on Demand punchcard were placed as pending on the 4th of
December, and deposited in the end of December, specifically December 28th. You can confirm this deposit from both your MyRewards page and commerce page (Sign in to your Microsoft account).

There were no offers to receive 15,000 credits just for preordering that game. If you preordered it digitally, it would count as a punch in your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the 15,000
credits.

The only way to receive Credits for a single pre-order is through our MicrosoftStore.com offer, which rewards 15,000 Credits for a single physical (disc) purchase off of MicrosoftStore.com. Since your purchase was a digital pre-order, it was not eligible
for any Credits. However, it did award one punch on the Games on Demand punchcard. That offer requires the purchase of three eligible games to complete the offer and receive 15,000 Credits.
