15,000 Microsoft Points? All I have is One month of my Xbox gathering dust, wasting a month ...

The only reason I bought an Xbox One was the Master Chief Collection. I even convinced 3 of my friends to do the same so we could relive the old coop mode. One month and the game is still horribly broken, and unplayable (All I want to do is play through
the coop with my friends). I was an early adopter, which I see now is a mistake. Now I am paying for Xbox Live and have no use for it. If I got the 15,000 credits I would be able to use that to buy 3 months of Xbox live. But since i preordered a physical copy
i was basically told too bad.

I feel like this whole debacle could have been easily mitigated but now is out of hand, and the 15,000 credits shows that there is a known issue. I bought an Xbox a year of Xbox live and Halo MCC based on the implied promise the game would work. Its been
a month and last night trying to play we had 3 games drop in an hour midway through a legendary mission with all progress lost.

If we could make up the difference to early adopters it would be a different story, now i am essentially short $15 and being punished for putting faith in all involved.

I feel like everywhere I turn I have been getting the short end of the stick from Microsoft and Xbox, and no one seems to care in the least, they just keep saying wait and see what 343 offers (which could be nothing at all) mean while they offer new purchases
15,000 mp to lure new people in to a broken game and giving us nothing.

I have reached out to customer service chat twice, who tells me to reach out to the rewards team (via forum) who then respond with a polite. "To bad" that doesn't answer the question, lock the forum and do not allow for a response or dialog. Leaving me wasting
a couple hours of my time, and getting nothing for it other than another month of wasted Xbox live, a broken game, and a bad taste in my mouth with regards to everyone involved.

There must be something that can be done to right this for all of us who have been loyal customers since day one, and are honestly now so frustrated we wish we would have bought a PS4 so at least we could play the games we want.

xbox beta update fail for people who were not invited

all of my friends have got the update preview for xbox one and i havent so i now cant play online with my friends which i do every night , i am very annoyed and knowing the update is not happening until near end of month, so thats a month my console will
just be sat there gathering dust, i have also just spent £35 on a new game i now cannot play with my friends.....any chance of helping me at all as im extremely angry

 

Xbox One keeps disconnecting from Xbox Live with everything I use. Netflix, Online Multiplayer, YouTube, and etc.

Seriously no response from Microsoft? This is a common issue, this should be fixed already. If I have to send my Xbox One in I'm going to be upset and I want free Xbox Live for not resolving my issue and wasting months of Xbox Live for being barely able
to use it to it's full content.

 

Sorry for the long post ahead of time, I really am. Just very frustrated after spending the last hour Talking with Christian N via chat and getting no where. this was the 3rd time i have been in a chat, and this will be my second post to the forum. Sorry
again, just looking for some sympathy and understanding towards the frustrations of a loyal customer.

 

i wont be loyal next halo after this mess of a game! they don't deserve it!

 

lets see... I bought an xbox one at launch.

that one broke after two weeks and I lost three weeks to repair.

in july I sent an xbox 360 in for repair to get fixed. lost another three weeks not being able to play my halo games....

and again, one year after the xbox launch, I have to send the refurbished replacement they sent me last year for my xbox one repair back in to get fixed AGAIN. same *** issue. the blu ray drive broke again.

and I've already lost over two weeks and approaching three weeks not being able to play the MCC collection. wasn't great at connecting to games online, but at least I could get hooked up around 3 to 5 minutes. i'm seriously hoping i'm not *** over again
when I have to download the updates I've missed in the last two weeks.

 

They had us all sold, great marketing guys, too bad the product didn't live up to all your hype. What a sad state the halo community is in.

 

I have played halo since the first one. i'd better get my xbox one back soon and the beta for halo 5 better be stellar or i'm not going to waste my money on it.
