15,000 Credits For Pre Ordering Games Not Showing Up

I preordered Darksiders Warmastered and Final Fantasy 15, I was wondering If I could get any information on why I haven't gotten any Credits yet.

Live Rewards. Anyone checked their star level recently?

Since you all are rewards members maybe you know the answer to this. The 15,000 point credit for pre-ordering through the Microsoft Store, how long does that usually take to be applied?

As for the rewards program overall i find it ok. It is free so nothing lost. And 15,000 credits for pre-ordering is equivalent to $15 for me so I can pre-order 2 games i was going to buy anyway and get back $30 worth of credit. Not a bad deal.

Still dont have my 15,000 credits for pre-ordering darksiders warmaster edition. Its been more than 14 days too.

We have determined that we have not been sent purchase information for Final Fantasy 15. We are investigating how this occurred with our MicrosoftStore.com team, but in the meanwhile, we will be able to adjust your account to reflect at least your Darksiders
purchase. Apologies for the inconvenience. The Credits for that particular purchase should appear as pending by the end of the next week at the latest. Once we have more information about your Final Fantasy 15 purchase, we'll update this thread.
