$15.00 promotion for purchasing 12 month xbox live and I only received $5.00 credit!!!!!!!!!!!!

I signed up for 1 year of xbox live and it said I would get a 15.00 credit back and I only received a 5.00 Microsoft credit. I have been chatted and been on the phone for this issue. This is crazy this is so hard for you guys to fix.

Still no response from you guys on not getting my full promotion from buying a 12 month xbox live!!!!! This is horrible

I want a response back, to why im not getting my full credit back for buying 12 months of xbox live. It clearly stated you would get $15.00 back for buying 1 year of xbox live. I have only received a 5.00 credit. Whats the deal with you guys not responding
to your customers when they are upset. This is unacceptable

You guys are horrible at customer service. Absolutely the worse. I have been trying to get this problem fixed for days. I did receive some of my promotion but it was only 5.00. I paid with credit card and bought the 12 month. You guys are so frustrating.
Where is the other 10.00

 

Please let me know if you hear from them i bought xbox live a month ago and haven't received anything and i was supposed to get 15

 

you should get the credit right away, you took the money from my bank account right away

 

Same thing happened to me! What's up microsoft? Sony stealing your lunch money, can't payout the members you have left?

 

Same here for me... I did not get a answer yet... This is unacceptable... FALSE MARKETING...

 

They still do not give us an answer after multiple complaints. FALSE ADVERTISING IS RIGHT!!!

you should be getting the remaining $10 credits within 4 weeks after you sign up for the 1 yr Gold

this was actually indicated at the bottom of the promo window and may have just been missed out
