    Hi,

    10min before, I wanted to play with my friends in Xbox Live but I received this error message "your Xbox live connexion was suspended to 07/02/2018, please look at enforcement.xbox.com to see more details.".

    I'm gonna go on this page to make a case review but I failed the tests

    Hi there, just bought the Xbox one s incl 3 games and 14d trial. Code for the 14d trial is activated but it did not work. What can I do?

    Xbox Live is a social platform, and we love hearing about players sharing their experience with friends and family. Xbox Live is at its best when everyone joins in the fun!

    However, as the owner of the account you are ultimately responsible for how the account is used, both good and bad. When we issue a suspension, it’s not necessarily because you committed a violation, but because the account was used to commit a violation.
    Even if you weren’t home or holding the controller when the activity occurred, if a particular Gamertag was used to harass other players or cheated in a game we have to hold it accountable.

    A common misconception is that a certain number of reports will result in an automatic suspension. According to the myth, even if you haven’t done anything wrong someone can get you suspended by encouraging players to file many complaints. This is completely
    untrue.

    XBLPET investigates complaints and takes each report into consideration when making an enforcement decision, but a certain volume or frequency of complaints doesn’t guarantee a suspension. We take an evidence-based approach to enforcement and take numerous
    factors into account when considering issuing a suspension. The context around the content or activity is particularly essential and drives our decision-making process. Simply put, there is no magic formula that instantly results in a suspension.

    Despite what some may claim, XBLPET will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions alwaysoccur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

    That being said an Ambassador is a gamer like everyone else and as such subject to the Code of Conduct we all have signed to be part of this gaming community. I suggest you to read it and observe it: Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers

    and I have to wait till tomorrow to retry again. But it's not that point how I'm surprised, it's the fact which I have this ban without getting any notification or proofs from my case review.
    I apologize my actions, I 'll never redo it again cause it's hurts people and make me feared (I don't want that). The only thing I ask you it's to be unbanned from Xbox live only cause almost games (~95%) I have must be played
    with Xbox live connexion. So please, remove only this ban an let the communication off.
    I will hope to replay with my friends, even if communication were off. Thanks

    Submitting a case review is the only way to possibly have the suspension lifted. There is nothing anyone here on the forums can do.

    If you buy in game cash, you will not be able to refund it due to policy. If you buy game you will 14d to ask refund or what the law says.
