    Hi community, I have an ASUS VG259Q gaming monitor 144Hz 1920x1080

    On my new Xbox Series X it is not allowing me to to set that refresh rate... can anyone please help!!

    Xbox Series X - No 120HZ option on any resolution.

    I have same issue but with my Acer Nitro VG271 144Hz. Xbox series X won’t run at 120Hz 1080p. That must be problem with xbox series x because works perfect with Asus RX480 8GB (144Hz 1080p HDMI2.0). I am very dissapointed. 60hz is a joke.

    Series s doesn't run at 120fps

    You are thinking of 1440p at 144hz Vvr with Ray tracing off

    Only ps5 (same hardware on digital or disk)

    And Xbox series x

    If you mean 144hz then yes you can use 120-144hz thru vvr and Vsync and as long as your monitor supports it via hdmi 2.0

    The game will never run at 120fps with your current hardware
