1440p issues

    Hi, I have a problem with the 1440p configuration. I can select only between 1080p and 720p. My monitor is an HP Omen 32". Can someone help me? I dont know how to send a support message from the console I only see q&a posts. Thank you very much.

    1440p not supported yet 03/02/2018

    1440p not yet supported, my monitor is still only using 1080p but my monitor actually supports 1440p.

    1440p still outputs games at 4k

    Hi guys,

    Using the new 1440p setring, the dashboard is set to 1440p but 4k games are still getting output to my monitor at 4K.

    Is there a way to force 1440p down scaling?

    To make sure, do you happen to notice this issue after trying the different HDMI ports on your HP Omen?

    Also have you had a chance to reach out to the manufacture to make sure that this model supports 1440p?

    Gotcha! So is everything up & running on your end now? Want to make sure that you're taken care of.

    If you continue to notice any other issues, we also recommend reaching out to the manufacture. They should have some more insight into the compatibility of this monitor to the Xbox One X console.

    Yeah my monitor is a 1440p 144hz LG. It seems like everyone in this thread is having issues with 1440p monitors. I fixed the problem by switching my resolution to 1080p whenever I want to record footage.
