1440p at 120fps not working issue on xbox series s

We totally understand that you want to play Fortnite on higher FPS and resolution. However. the Xbox Series S does not support 1440p resolution at 120fps for Fortnite. The maximum resolution supported by the Xbox Series S is 1080p at 120fps. However, you can still enjoy playing Fortnite on your Xbox Series S at 1080p and 120fps.

No it runs at 60fps

Series s doesn't run at 120fps

You are thinking of 1440p at 144hz Vvr with Ray tracing off

Only ps5 (same hardware on digital or disk)

And Xbox series x

I have a Koorui 27'' incurved Gaming monitor that does 1440p and 144hz 1ms AMD Freesync, DCI-P3 85% hdmi 2.0

The Xbox Series S will not support games at 4K at 144fps, the Series S will also not run 1440p at 144fps as well. The Xbox Series S will only run 1440p at 120fps. I would also suggest using a different HDMI cable than what came with the Series S. The Xbox Series X will run 1440p at 144fps, also 4k. But limiting 8k to 60FPS.

Halo infinite is a high res games and series s isn't known for performance

It's not meant for 4k gaming

The max is 1440p for most games at 120fps

Ok what resolution are you trying to run

If 4k that's why

Series s isn't meant to run at 4k

1440p at most bit if you want more fps drop the resolution

960p at 120fps os optimal
