Ive done that and all of resolutions only do 60 hz

Will a HDMI To DVI Adapter work?

    It means incompatibility of monitors.

Test the console's function on a TV with compatible resolutions.

    Hello!

My name is Dérek, I'm an independent platform consultant and I'm grateful for the opportunity to help you.

Martin, It could be a monitor incompatibility with the console.

Let's see if the console settings are ok, and if it's not a bug.

    Make these settings please

Press the Xbox button to open the dashboard.

Select System > Settings > System > Console Information

    Select Reset Console.

Restore and keep my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

When asking to pull settings from an old xbox, put no

You will have to log in your accounts again, that's all

Press the Xbox  button to open the dashboard.

Select System > Settings > General > TV & Video Options.

    Select Video Fidelity and Overscan.

    Under Display, select HDMI.

Then go to video settings, change the resolution to 1080p and test with 120hz.

(Note, it's worth remembering that the console doesn't have flexible rates like a PC does. The console works with a flat rate, at 30-60-120)

If it doesn't work, it could be a monitor setting.

Your problem is almost certainly the monitor's nonstandard overclock

Don't forget, the panel is always 144. The software and hardware have to convert the incoming signals to that

You should contact Acer for support on their monitor. These are standard VESA signals it should be working with.

Make sure the monitor firmware is updated if that is possible, and please give us the model number

    Not.

The connection must be HDMI x HDMI.

    I'm sorry.
