14 Year Xbox Live Gamertag Hacked

I have been an xbox live member for 14 years, yes I joined day one on the original xbox. I have had the gamertag Light for 14 years. Last night my gamertag was hacked by someone. They hacked my live.com and gmail account to do
this. I have been on the phone for a total of 4 hours with xbox support and have gotten nowhere. I can verify address and games played on the account from pretty much the entire career of my account. Now I am being told that I might not be able to get my
account back. Microsoft this is how you reward a loyal customer. I have been given the run around for the majority of the time. A gentlemen today was actually helpful. The girl last night didn't document anything I said. I need some resolution soon. I
will continue to call everyday until my account is turned back over to me.

i played gta yesterday with a 14 year old kid, he were really talanted at what he was doing, hacked all gamerscore and could froze peoples xbox so i think it's possible^-^

 

Old account got phished and locked out. What to do?

Hi. About a year or 2 ago my old xbox LIVE account got hacked and I couldn't sign into it. This person hacked my friends facebook and sent me a link that I logged into and got my live login info. I want to finally close that old account because I have a
newer one and would rather use it. The old account gamertag is johndan1024.
