14 Days Xbox Live Gold Trial is not registered into my account

Dear Supporters

I'm happy to have bought my Xbox One about a month ago and have now thought about entering the 14 Days Xbox Live Gold Trial which came with the console.

After entering the 25 characters the code was accepted (
www.xbox.com/redeemcode ). But I wouldn't notice any change on my Xbox, neither I got the multiplayer online features and stuff. Still I get the ads for "Get Gold now" etc.

So one day later I've checked my Microsoft / Xbox Profile and I cannot find any hint of a Xbox Live Gold Trial or other subscription, neither I have recieved a confirmation mail by Microsoft after entering the 25 char code.

But if I try to re-enter the code now, sure it says it has already been used.

Can anybody of you check if the 14 Days Trial has been activated or give me any other advise? I actually do not want to register for the 1 month / 3 month / 12 month subscription yet. That's why I wanted to use 14 days first.

today i bought xbox live gold 14 days trial key on a online page and then i typed it into my new xbox one account and it seemd to be working but then i wanted to play multiplayer in COD Ghosts and it wasnt working and than i tryed another game and it wasnt
working too so my problem is i cant play any game multiplayer and my question is, is it possible to play multiplayer games with xbox live gold 14 days trial key.?

I bought an Xbox one sunday (07/06), registered my gold trial in the same day and downloaded the FIFA 14 demo.

Yesterday (07/07) I tried to download a game and the xbox says that I don't have a gold signature anymore. I tried to use the same trial card but it didn't work.

what happened to my 14 days trial? What should I do?

In my first 2 days of the xbox one I already had a problem, that's really bad...

And yes, I was logged in my account.

And no you won't see any change on your account status other then trial

14dsy trials are just that trails they don't give you gold benefits or free games

Basic multiplayer features for the game you got the code with and usually non ranked matches

Trial subscriptions such as 2, 7 and 14-day trial will not show up on your account but you should be able to play online and access Multiplayer features but the system will not recognize you as a Gold member for other Gold features. For Games with Gold program,
you're not eligible if you're on a trial subscription. You must have a current Xbox Live Gold subscription or trial that requires a credit card. Try to delete and re-download your profile you still experiencing problems connecting or playing on Xbox Live after
redeeming a trial subscription code. If you need assistance on checking the status of your 25-character Gold membership code, you can contact Xbox Phone or Chat support so they can help you further.
