14-days Trial of Gold membership cannot be redeemed;

I got two 14-days trial of gold membership redeem codes from the xbox one assasin creed bundle;

I tried to redeem them through the xbox console but when I finished and checked the account subscription, it seems like I have no membership at all;

So I tried to re-type in the code and it said the codes have already been used;

Could u help me with this? I don't what I am doing wrong and I hope I could save my free one month trial as well.

XBOX Live 14-day Gold Trial?

I redeemed the XBOX Live Gold 14-day trial that came with my XBOX ONE. I was wondering if there's some sort of setting automatically enabled from redeeming the 14-day trial that will auto renew in 14 days for a month or year? I can't seem to find it. I would
like to use a 12-month gold membership code after the 14 days are up.

Xbox Live Code - Trial

I have a 14 Day Trial up for grabs if anyone wants it, same rules as DR K as above.
1 Thing I should mention though is I tried to redeem it when my Live had ran out and would not redeem due to me already having a Gold previously so I believe the 14 day trials that come with the x1 are for Gamertags that have never had Gold.

Gold trials do not change your account status to gold. So you will still show as a silver account. They just give you access to some benefits of online multiplayer. You would need to try playing online to see if it is working. Some trial cards will only
work for the game they came with as well.

Also, trial cards do not stack. So if you added both cards at the same time, you will still only have 14 days of free time.

Right. You have to have a paid gold subscription in order to get the games with gold games.

Please bear in mind Xbox Gold trials does not stack to each other. If you redeemed a 14 day trial code then redeem a 2 day code it will remove the 14 day trial code. Have you redeemed other codes besides the 14 day trial?
