14 days trial not working

Hi,

i use a 14 days trial, but this trial do not allow me to play online. I can donwload and play with the free game coming with Game with Gold but i can't go online. I play a week ago online during a free xbox live week end so i know my hardware and my network
are fine. For example when i try to access GTA Online i keep receiving an error message saying that my profile can't go online. If someone know why please tell me before 14 days.

Are you saying that you used the 14 day trial and then underneath the 14 days it stopped working? Its not 14 time you sign on it is 14 days from the day you first used the trial. If you liked what you saw and used when connected to live I suggest getting
a gold membership.

 

Xbox trial 14 days not working

Hello, same for me here right now.

I typed it in the MS website, it said it had unlocked a XBOX "service", as best as I remember, and then on my XBOX, once the several updates done, nothing.

The only thing I can see, is that in the account page on the xbox, where you can find the games available with Gold, it is marked Xbox Live Gold expires the 10th of july 2017. But otherwise, nothing. I can't play nor talk with my friends... A bit boring
!

Trials do not make your account gold,they only give you limited access to some xbox live gold features.

Quite a few games will not let you play online with a trial,you would need a full gold membership.
