14-days Live code not working for GTA V

Hi,

We tried to activate the 14-day online code coming together with the GTA V game for XBox One. We entered the code at Store/ Use a code, but the the following messages comes during play (ore or less): Alert Your profile does not have permission to access
GTA Online.

What did we do wrong? Should we set something at the profile?

Fifa 14 wrong region code error. HELP URGENT

Hi I bought Fifa 14 in Canada from EB Games and its saying wrong region code?? Even though I have a Xbox360 from Asia its NTSC. I have Call of Duty MW3 and BO2 NTSC, GTA V(bought just 3 days ago) NTSC and F1 2012 NTSC all working fine. Please help.

good afternoon guys. i live in the united kingdom. i got fifa 14 for xbox 360. when i am trying to get it working it comes up with this error message saying unreconisable disc and the error code is 03-80-00. my disc isint sratched. i just tried playing
gta v it works fine. no problem

 

Trial codes don't change your account status to gold and do not work with all games or game modes.

 

Hi, Thanks! But what does this mean in practice? Or how can I find out whether it is working with GTA V?

Do we need a gold status to play online? What is the point of the free live code?

 

Oh, we are OK now. Very embarrasing mistake We just needed to start from the beginning in online mode, no switching during the game.

I suggest you sign out, then power off your console with these instructions:

Locate the settings page on your console

Select Power and Startup

Select Power Options

Select Shutdown Console and follow the instructions.

Once your console is shut down, power it back on and sign back in, then test the game.

The Xbox One by can be set to "Instant On" power mode and you can think about this like putting a laptop into sleep mode. When you turn off your Xbox, it goes to sleep. The instructions above will create a fresh boot of your console. This may sync your trial's
subscription license correctly.

Support in the forums is rather limited with prepaid token issues, and if you still have issue with prepaid codes, I suggest you contact Xbox Support.

How to Get Xbox Live | Xbox Live Gold Trial Subscription

The following limitations and restrictions apply to Xbox Live trial subscriptions from games or console bundles:

• If you have an existing paid Xbox Live Gold subscription, you can’t redeem Xbox Live Gold trial subscriptions from games or console bundles to extend your subscription period. However, you can redeem the prepaid code once your current paid subscription
  expires.
• Prepaid codes for Xbox Live Gold trial subscriptions are only available in select games and bundles.
• You can’t access Games with Gold for the Xbox 360
• with this type of Xbox Live Gold trial subscription.
• You can’t stack prepaid codes for Xbox Live Gold trial subscriptions from games or console bundles. This means that you can’t start another trial period before your current trial period has finished. However, you can purchase a new paid Xbox Live Gold subscription
  and start the subscription at any time during the trial period.
• If you don’t currently have a paid Xbox Live Gold subscription, there is no limit to the number of times you can use this type of Xbox Live Gold trial subscription.
