14 days Gold trial doesn't work !

Hello,

I have a XBOX ONE, bought new with sealed games. I got 14 days Live gold trials for free.

first code i entered via PC on Live website, the process ended successfully, informaing me that I now have a 14 days blablabla. but nothing changes, nothing in the portal, nothing in the console.

I tested with another code direct from the XBOX, ended also successfully but also with nothing after.

I waited 1 night, and then the portal tells me that I have two "undefined" items under "Money and gift" 0_O

I did many reboot for the XBOX, and I checked the region settings for profile and xbox as told in another post, without any success.

Can you please give me a hint ?

14 days trial doesn't work

Hello, I buy a xbox one S Saturday and I just enter the code of 14 days trial but the problem is that it does not tell me if the code was accepted or not and I can not To play online.

The free account users might have been using gold trials and their profile doesn't turn orange because of the trial gold e.g 2 days, 7 days, 14 days etc...

 

A gold trial does not give you full access to everything a full gold membership gives you.

Your account will remain silver.It will allow you to play some games online multiplayer though.

You can't stack trials on the same account so if you redeemed the 2nd trial on the same account you have wasted it.

gold trial is linked to the game it came with, and this should be made crystal clear in FAQ or so.
