    Hi,

    I would like to cancel the Xbox Game Pass free trial 14 days.

    I stopped the automatic renew option but I cant cancel the Xbox Game pass 14 days free trial.

    I cant find the Xbox Game Pass cancel option.

    Please help

    If I remember correctly there was an offer for 14 days free OR one for 3 months for $9.99. If you did the 14 day trial you would have signed up for 14 days free, then $9.99 a month after that.

    Trials do not change your account status to gold. They only give you access to some aspects of online multiplayer. Some trials will only work with the games they came with and will not allow you to play ranked matches. So you would need a full gold subscription
    to download the free games with gold.
