14 Day Xbox One Trail

When I wanted to my 14 day trail on Xbox one it says "We couldn't find the code you entered. Check the code and then try entering it again."

I tried again and it says that again!

Please help me.

14 day trail doesnt work .

so i bought a xbox one and with it came a 14 day trail now my 1year membership had just expired and i was already on a diffrent 14 day trail that a friend gave me . and when that expired i put in the code and it says i have it.

But when i tried to play online it said "The current profile is not alowed to play on XBOX LIVE" never had this problem b4 and i have used many 14 day trails b4 .. What can i do ?

Xbox Gold Trail Problems

So when I used the 14 day free trail all was well. The next day my Xbox one lost its gold now I can't play NFS with friends

You can try to enter the code again on your console or xbox.com but eventually if it doesn't work at all you may have to call xbox support at 1-800-4MY-XBOX so they can verify the code for you and if it still ends up not working, they may even replace it.

Thanks. I was going to try the 14 day free trail to play a couple games, and pay $$ to buy the 3rd one so when trail ends, I could still own and play the 3rd game. Is that correct about the 3rd game?

If you have used the 14 Day trail of the Xbox Game Pass then, you'll not be able to use the 30 day code that comes with the Xbox One X. The code that comes with the Xbox One X Console is for New Subscribers Only.

Sometimes the system memory will still think that you do not have gold try power cycling the console by holding down the power button on front of console for about 10 seconds then unplug your console from the power for approximately 1 minute then plug back
in and that normally clears the memory and allows you to use your gold.
