14 Day Xbox Live Suspension

This is a Microsoft forum, and you're gonna be company men/women and give the company line. I get it. With that being said, I have been an Xbox supporter from day 1. Literally, day one. I have owned every console they have ever made and have been suspended
in the past for throwing caution to the wind and telling ppl to fornicate with themselves. It happens. Anyway, I have never challenged an Xbox enforcement action against me because they are typically understandable and objectively in violation of TOS. That
is not the case with the most recent example of enforcement against my account. I was suspended from Xbox live for using the word
[Mod removed-profanity] in communication with another player.

There is no way this should be a violation of the TOS or the code of conduct unless of course you take those to be applicable to anything and everything Xbox enforcement says, simply because they say so. I'm going to post the full conversation with the other
player and with Xbox enforcement. I am strongly considering banning Xbox from my home altogether, which will cost them thousands of dollars annually, and switch to PlayStation. I AM 100% in the right, here. If I had said "[Mod removed-controversial
topic], or any other identified group (that isn't perceived as a perpetual victim) would I be facing a suspension right now? I used a real and accepted term that is not derogatory in nature AND IS A PROPER TITLE AND TERM FOR A CLASS OF PEOPLE. It
makes no difference if this person was actually "[Mod removed-profanity]" or not, the simple use of the word in and of itself does not construe anything negative, defamatory, or harassing in nature.

This is Xbox enforcement literally trying to control the words I use in private speech (I understand it's on their network to all twits out there) and WITHOUT regard to context. This player was mad that they lost, accused me of cheating, and when they kept
running their mouth I told him/her gg. Then he decided to bring up my parents (who have both been dead for probably nearly as long as he's been alive) and try to shame me for his temper tantrum and poor sportsmanship. So I made a sarcastic comment that was
not vulgar, threatening, or harassing in its nature.

I am tired of Xbox Enforcement being accountable to only themselves, and I'm even more tired of people saying that Enforcement division NEVER gets it wrong and ONLY suspends people who violate the code of conduct. I did not violate the code of conduct in these
messages. I am probably going to send the message [Mod removed-profanity] to everyone on Xbox live until I am permanently banned, FYI.

I refuse to be charged extravagant and ludicrous amounts of money to be [Mod removed] in order to play a video game on a specific network. Cross-play is increasingly available and Xbox, like any company, will BEG users to come
back if and when they decide to stop tolerating Xbox's [Mod removed-profanity]. Let this be an example that there are clear cases of bogus enforcement, and this is one.

Sorry for the issue with the suspension. You can go to the
enforcement site and file a case review. This will let you give your side of it. Also. with what you posted, that is technically against the ToS. All it takes is for someone to feel offended and report the messages. If enforcement feels its against the
terms of service then they issue a suspension. No one on the forums can do anything with the suspension. Enforcement and enforcement alone handle these. Submit your case review and see what happens when they review it.

Under the code of conduct it states:

Don’t harm or harass. For example, don't:

Engage in self-harm

Encourage violence against people or animals

Scream at, intimidate, or bully others

Also, Brad, I didn't scream at, intimidate, or bully anyone. I didn't do anything that can be construed to be in violation of the CoC or ToS. Everyone would see that if the forum here would simply allow me to post the content of the messages and not strip
it from my post...

I did file a case review, you would know that if the pictures I uploaded that supported my contentions were not removed. I uploaded a photo of the message from the enforcement team. I am not looking for advice, I am not looking for your "expert" bs. I am looking
to accurately inform people of what is going on, and now this site is trying to prevent me from doing that ALL THE WHILE CENSORING A WORD THAT BEGINS WITH Q, RHYMES WITH STEER, AND IS NOT A SLUR OR VULGAR AS IT IS LAST PART OF THE ACRONYM LGBTQ. Lesbian is
not vulgar. Gay is not vulgar. Bisexual is not vulgar. Transexual is not vulgar. Queer is not vulgar.

NOW EVERYONE WILL BE ABLE TO SEE THE CONTEXT OF WHAT YOU ARE CENSORING IN THIS FORUM AND THAT I WAS SUSPENDED FOR USING A REAL WORD AND TERM AND YOU CENSORED MY USE HERE OF THE WORDS ASIAN AND GIRL. 5 letter word: Letter before B, Letter after R, letter after
H, Letter before B, letter after M. Put them together and what do you have? A descriptor of people from a specific continent that Microsoft feels cannot be said, and must be banned. Interesting. 4 letter word: Letter before H, letter after H, letter before
S, letter before M. Put them together and what do you get? A descriptor word for a female that Microsoft also apparently thinks must be banned. Interesting.

This stuff is going all over social media, BTW.
