    14-day Xbox live gold


    How are you guys

    i'm new to Xbox One, I bought (Xbox One 500GB Console with Kinect "No Chat Headset Included) bundle

    A 14-day Xbox Live Gold trial was included.. when I wanted to redeem, I went to "Games" in the store, and chose "Use a Code"

    then entered the given code, but it looks like it didn't activate.. Anyone can help please ?

    Also have the same problem with my 48 hour xbox live gold trial and my 14 day xbox live gold trial.

    For new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, if xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes could be used/sold as xbox game pass 14 days trial codes or xbox live gold 14 days trial codes?

    I understand that a xbox game pass 14 days trial code or a xbox live gold 14 days trial code can't be used/sold as xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial code for sure.

    Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
    pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

    Please help to clarify.

    if u buy a xbox console then u will get given a 14 day free trial but xbox dont give away 14 days free trial for xbox live gold

    just purchased the tomb raider 1tb xbox one bundle, which comes with a 14 day xbox live gold trial. it actually says "activate your 14 day xbox live gold trial." i am having the same issues. cannot dl free games, yet able to chat. if i try to dl a free game,
    it wants me to upgrade to gold. WTF? it says live gold trial! explain that!
